Hello July two day event @ Christiana Mall for vendors/crafters/direct sales
All Vendors must complete the Accepted Vendor Form located on the main menu to vend at any event.
Please fill out the form first and wait for a response before completing your order so I can confirm your space.
Cost of event
Saturday & Sunday $270
Event times are as follow:
Saturday July 15th from 10am-8pm. Setup starts at 8:30am or Friday night at 8:30pm
Sunday July 16th from 11am-6pm
Setup can be left overnight if you choose and breakdown on Sunday evening
I highly suggest setting up the night before selling day. You will unload at the fire exit by JC Penny. Please see mall map and setup instructions
The cost of the event covers your space. You will need to bring your own 6ft table and chairs and a table cloth that the reaches the floor. You will be given assigned spaces before the event. Please follow the seating chart. Your space is 10x10 and you are allowed a banner but it cannot be higher or wider than 6ft.
This event will be promoted by Eyez On U as well as Christiana Mall.
For this event to be successful we ask all vendors to share, share, share daily!
Eyez On U will get you the space but we are not responsible for sales.

Note: Eyez On U or the owner Christina Yarbough is the only promoter for this event and all payments go through this secure website. You will receive a confirmation email after payment is made and you will receive further instructions closer to the date.
Items not allowed: Any products containing alcohol or any controlled substance including CBD are not allowed for this event.
Food & Desserts are allowed as long as they do not contain the predetermined controlled substances and items must be prepackaged and labeled before the event.
Submitting payment states that you agree to the above rules set above. If rules are broken and the mall asks you to leave Eyez On U can not negotiate on your behalf and there is no refund.

Will there be wifi?
There is wifi in the mall but its spotty
Will there be outlets?
There are no outlets available for this event
Can we bring 2 tables?
Yes but it must be perpendicular to the first table.
Can we bring promotional items?
Yes no taller or wider than 6ft and yes you can bring a clothing rack if needed
Can we pick our table locations?Table locations are picked by Eyez On U to spread out vendors with like products as best as possible
FYI- For each event I create an event chat in messenger where you will receive event updates, event flyer to post, seating chart, etc with the rest of the group. After completing this form and submitting payment please go to Facebook messenger and inbox me "Christina Yarbough" and just state that you have confirmed your space and for which event.
Event Refund Policy:
Eyez On U Events will only issue refunds if the event is cancelled or postponed. Refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on your bank. If you have any more questions please feel free to email us at cyarbough@eyezonu.biz
