Event Cost

Vendors $80

All pertinent information concerning the event, including setup instructions and promotional content, shall be communicated through this website via email. To ensure that you don't miss out on essential details, kindly confirm that you are subscribed to the site; you may unsubscribe at any point after the event.

Event time from 11am-7pm.

Vendors are welcome to set up their space for the event at 9am on the day of the event, or can choose to set up the night before. The price of the event covers the space, but vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, and tablecloth; the space is 10x10, and a banner is allowed, but must not exceed 6ft in either height or width. You can bring up to 3 tables as long as they are setup in your 10x10 space. Racks, mannequins, and shelves are allowed as well as long as they are placed neatly and within your space.

Eyez On U will share this event on various platforms and Plymouth Meeting will publish on their platforms as well

For this event to be successful we ask all vendors to share, share, share daily!

Note: Eyez On U Events or the owner Christina Yarbough is the only promoter for this event and all payments go through our secure website. You will receive a confirmation email after payment is made and you will receive further instructions closer to the date.

Dessert, drink and snack vendors are welcome but all items must be prepackaged and labeled before the event. 

By submitting payment, you signify your agreement to the regulations stated above. If these rules are violated and the mall requests that you leave, Eyez On U Events cannot intercede on your behalf and no refund will be given.

Will there be wifi?

There is wifi in the mall but its spotty

Will there be outlets?

There are no outlets available for this event 

Can we bring 2 tables?

Yes but it must be perpendicular to the first table.

Can we bring promotional items?

Yes no taller or wider than 6ft and yes you can bring a clothing rack if needed

Can we pick our table locations?Table locations are picked by Eyez On U to spread out vendors with like products as best as possible

FYI- For each event I create an event chat in messenger where you will receive event updates, event flyer to post, seating chart, etc with the rest of the group. After completing this form and submitting payment please go to Facebook messenger and inbox me "Christina Yarbough" and just state that you have confirmed your space and for which event. 

Event Refund Policy:
