Note: Springfield township requires vendors to get a permit to vend at Springfield mall. The permit is $10 per day and you apply online. Below is the link to apply.

When completing the online verification for the township, if you do not have a recent criminal background check apply for a volunteer one which is free at https://epatch.pa.gov/home

Event Costs:

Saturday & Sunday $160      Saturday only $100       Sunday only $75

Saturday 11am-7pm Sunday 11am -6pm

All pertinent information concerning the event, including setup instructions and promotional content, shall be communicated through this website via email. To ensure that you don't miss out on essential details, kindly confirm that you are subscribed to the site; you may unsubscribe at any point after the event. 

Vendors are welcome to set up their space for the event at 9am on the day of the event, or can choose to set up the night before if applicable.

Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, and table cover for this event

Eyez On U will share this event on various platforms and Springfield Mall will publish on their platforms

For this event to be successful we ask all vendors to share, share, share daily!

Note: Eyez On U Events or the owner Christina Yarbough is the only promoter for this event and all payments go through our secure website. Other payment methods are available in the email approval to your vendor form. You will receive a confirmation email after payment is made and you will receive further event details closer to the event date.

1.No knock off merchandise allowed
      2. Dupe perfumes must be branded and labeled as dupes. Other perfumes, oil or fragrances must be branded items as well
      3. Food items must be prepackaged as the township requires Licensing/Permits for food items being sold. 
      4. Boxes, overflow items and personal items must be kept under tables or taken back to vendors vehicles.

By completing the vendor form and submitting payment, you signify your agreement to the regulations stated above. If these rules are violated and the mall requests that you leave, Eyez On U Events cannot intercede on your behalf and no refund will be given.
