Note: Springfield township requires vendors to get a permit to vend at Springfield mall. The permit is $10 per day and you apply online. Below is the link to apply.

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday Preferred Spots: $270 (Includes all days & 7 spots near entrance) 

• Saturday & Sunday Preferred Spots: $180 (Includes both days & 7 spots near entrance)

Community Resource Pricing & Description

For organizations providing resources, support, or community services only such as non-profit, government agencies, educational institution or community outreach programs. No sales permitted at these tables.

💺 This is a space-only event. Vendors must bring their own table, chairs, and table covers.

Important Vendor Information

• Eyez On U Events/owner Christina Yarbough are the only official promoters of this event.

• All payments must be made through our secure website: eyezonu.org

• Alternative payment methods may be available and are listed in your approval email following submission of the vendor form.

• Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent. Final event instructions will be emailed closer to the event date. Please make sure you're subscribed to eyezonu.org to receive updates.

Vendor Guidelines

1. No knock-off merchandise is permitted.

2. Dupe perfumes must be clearly labeled and branded as dupes. Other perfumes, oils, or fragrances must be branded items.

3. All food items must be pre-packaged. The township requires proper permits for the sale of open food items.

4. Boxes, overflow items, and personal belongings must be stored under your table or returned to your vehicle.

🚫 If these rules are not followed and the mall asks you to vacate, Eyez On U Events cannot intervene, and no refunds will be issued.
